On May 2nd please join us at the Devil’s Slide Taproom for a 5 course tasting menu and beer paring with 4 select beers from Moody Tongue Brewing Co.
First: Grilled Marinated Octopus with whole grain mustard vinaigrette and crispy shallots.
Second: Roasted Red Pepper Pappardelle with seared scallops and fines herbes beurre monté
Third: Hen of the Woods Consommé with grilled mushrooms, chives, and rendered hen fat
Fourth: Crispy Braised Pork Cheek with sautéed chard and celery root purée
Fifth: Bananas Foster Cake with frozen chocolate custard and crème anglaise

Date of event is May 2nd, 2017. Tickets are $65 and must be purchased in person prior to the event. Tickets can be purchased at the Devil’s Slide taproom. There are two seating’s of 25 people, one at 6p.m. and another at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are non-refundable. We hope to see you there!!!
